Product Overview
Perfect when barbecuing for family and friends, this large 4 burner barbecue makes a stylish, Australian-inspired addition to any garden. The large revolving lid is substantial and strong but when used together with the 4 high performance, cast iron burners and the expansive double-enamelled, cast iron cooking surface, provides the optimum cooking conditions to create tender and succulent joints of meat, large enough to cater for a big group and most importantly, bearing all of the traditional barbecue flavour. Fast, even cooking is effortless; the combination of the large cast iron burners and an innovative heat diffuser mean that heat is spread more evenly across the entire surface of the grill, cold spots are minimised, as are temperature fluctuations, even smoke and flare-ups are reduced because less juices and fats fall directly onto the burners. The chic trolley design places every convenience to hand, from large side tables, to front storage and not only looks good but the heavy-duty construction means that it will stand the test of time, catering for many parties for years to come!

Adelaide Premium Range Features:
- Manufactured in our own factory in Italy.
- Double-enamelled cast iron cooking grids provide good heat distribution for conduction cooking.
- The cooking area is split, ½ grill, ½ griddle, you can cook more delicate food on the griddle as it will not fall through to the burners below, perfect conduction cooking. The grill allows for conduction and convection cooking.
- As the cooking area is split, it is easier to handle and clean.
- There are built-in finger spacers so that you can easily remove and replace the grill and griddle.
- The fixed warming rack allows you to prepare food in advance and then keep it warm until you are ready to serve. You can also use the warming rack as a slow-cooking function with the lid in the closed position. The warming rack can be removed and easily cleaned.
- Cast iron burners (3 to 4 burners depending on model) – with heat diffuser.
- The heat diffuser is a shaped, aluminised steel plate with holes cut across it, it has a number of benefits. Firstly the diffuser “diffuses” the heat creating a more even heat distribution and minimising hot and cold spots. Secondly, it protects the burner from large food debris and less grease falls directly onto the burner, which increases the burner life. Finally, as less food and grease is directly reaching the burner, smoke and flare-ups are minimised.
- Revolving lid made of painted steel needs less space behind the barbecue for opening and closing.
- Large, secure handle, stays cool-to the-touch when barbecue is in use.
- The trolley is constructed from powder coated steel, powder coating is extremely heat, the trolley is extremely stable thanks to the one-piece, metal cylinder support at the base and does not “rock”.
- Stainless steel control panel resists rust.
- Plastic feet inserts prevent scratching of patios and prevent the barbecue from sinking in the ground.
- Large, front condiments shelf means you can keep sauces and seasoning close to hand, retaining bar prevents items from falling off.
- Removable grease drawer – excess grease collects in the draw, it can easily be removed and cleaned.
- Electronic ignition - Electronic igniters work with a battery, the battery creates the spark that ignites the barbecue.
- Rubber wheels – some hard plastic wheels can easily crack, especially when the barbecue is wheeled over gravel or hard and uneven surface and when the weather gets cold and it suffers thermal shock. Rubber wheels are more durable and thanks to their flexibility they are not susceptible to cracking.
- Fixed side tables with hooks – stable and strong to hold plates, condiments and sauces.
- Accurate temperature gauge.
- One-piece, metal cylinder support with metal cylinder screen.
- Operates off Butane and/or Propane.
