  • Patented Blue Flame Burner

    Thanks to the patented Blue Flame Burners the Campingaz® Master Planchas have exceptional, even heat distribution which covers 100% of the cooking surface. 

    The wide, blue flame burners sit right below the griddle to provide the right cooking temperature across the entire cooking surface. You can see when the burners are lit through the vents and the mass of small blue flames heating the cooking surface. 

    This ingenious design provides the optimum surface temperature for perfect plancha cooking.
  • Delicious inspirations from appetizers to desserts

    With up to 350 degrees, the Campingaz® plancha offers an optimum temperature range, especially for steaks, in which the hot plate caramelizes the sugars of the meat and ensures full-bodied roasted aromas.   • Even-Temp® - Even Heat Distribution

    Temperatures of and above 250°C are recommended for perfect direct grilling and searing.

    It is important to have such temperatures across most of the cooking surface - nothing is more annoying than having part of the food already well done while the rest is still uncooked.

    Our 3 & 4 Series grills reach temperatures above 250°C on the cooking surface so the grill can be used more efficiently. The control knobs allow the barbecue chef to decide where he wants to have really hot areas and where he wants to have less heat.
  • The right way to clean the Plancha

    The plancha’s cooking surface enameled coating makes it easy to clean in no time. 

    Simply pour a little room temperature water on the still hot plancha plate and remove food leftovers. Afterwards, with help of the spatula, scrape the food and fat residue into the grease cup. 

    Please do not use ice cubes for the purpose of cleaning heated surfaces, since such a thermal shock can damage the plancha’s enameling.
