For the marinade
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger

For the tuna
  • 500g tuna
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • Bok choy

  1. First prepare the marinade. Using a mortar and pestle, crush the peppercorns and coriander seeds.
